By accessing or using QualityforEveryone.com, registering an account, completing coursework, or undertaking assessments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform. You represent that you are at least 16 years of age or possess the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction to enter into this binding agreement.
2. Independent & Educational Nature of the Platform
QualityforEveryone is an independent open educational initiative dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality learning resources in quality engineering, quality management systems (QMS), and statistical process control. The platform is operated independently and is not a degree-granting university, college, or accredited academic institution.
3. Absence of Accreditation, Government Authority, or Regulatory Endorsement
QualityforEveryone does not hold university charter status, governmental educational authority, formal higher education accreditation, or regulatory licensing powers. Our coursework, evaluations, and badges do not confer academic credit, continuing education units (CEUs), professional licenses, or government-mandated qualifications, and carry no implied official endorsement from any state or international accreditation body.
4. Educational & Informational Content Purpose
All curriculum modules, lessons, diagnostic tools, calculators, templates, and reference materials are provided solely for educational, pedagogical, and skill-development purposes. The content reflects continuous improvement methodologies and engineering principles for academic exploration and operational understanding.
5. No Guarantee of External Institutional or Employer Recognition
While our curriculum is designed to teach rigorous, industry-aligned competencies, QualityforEveryone provides no warranty, representation, or guarantee that any employer, university, registrar, professional engineering board, or regulatory agency will recognize, credit, or accept certificates or assessments issued by this platform. Acceptance of credentials remains at the sole discretion of the receiving institution.
6. No Guarantee of Employment, Career, or Academic Outcomes
Completion of courses and attainment of certificates do not guarantee employment, career advancement, promotion, wage increases, job placement, university admission, or professional certification. We make no representations regarding commercial, economic, or occupational outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
7. No Guarantee of Content Accuracy, Completeness, or Currency
While we make continuous efforts to maintain high educational standards, all materials are provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Quality engineering standards (such as ISO, Lean, and Six Sigma) evolve; learners and practitioners are responsible for consulting the latest authoritative standards bodies.
8. No Substitution for Professional, Engineering, or Legal Advice
The materials, computational tools, and advice available on the platform do not constitute professional engineering, legal, regulatory, medical, or financial advice. Never rely solely on platform content or automated calculators to make decisions involving physical safety, critical manufacturing tolerances, regulatory submissions, or clinical quality management without consulting licensed and qualified professionals.
9. User Discretion & Independent Operational Verification
All analytical tools across our Lab section (including Pareto analysis, Cp/Cpk process capability calculations, DPMO metrics, Fishbone diagrams, and FMEA risk scores) operate client-side as diagnostic aids. Users and organizations bear sole responsibility for verifying all calculations and methodology against validated metrological standards prior to implementation in production environments.
10. Website Availability, Maintenance & Third-Party Infrastructure
We endeavor to maintain high platform availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Access may be temporarily suspended without notice for scheduled or emergency maintenance, upgrades, security mitigations, or infrastructure outages affecting third-party providers (such as cloud hosting or database infrastructure). We accept no liability for data loss or operational interruptions.
11. User Accounts, Authentication & Security Responsibilities
When creating an account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (passwords and authentication tokens) and for all activities conducted through your account. 12. Prohibited Conduct, Misuse & Security Violations
You agree not to: (a) engage in unauthorized automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction; (b) attack, probe, or breach platform security or rate limits; (c) reverse-engineer or attempt to compromise assessment scoring mechanisms; (d) distribute malware or malicious code; (e) impersonate any person or misrepresent credentials; or (f) use the platform for any illegal or deceptive purpose.
13. Assessment Rules, Independent Completion & Certificate Revocation
Assessments and final exams must be completed independently by the registered learner without unauthorized assistance, collusion, or automated agents. Certificates issued by QualityforEveryone represent internal platform educational records. We reserve the absolute right to correct typographical errors, invalidate compromised attempts, or revoke issued certificates in cases of academic dishonesty, technical tampering, or fraudulent activity. Revoked credentials will be designated as revoked in our public verification registry.
14. Intellectual Property & Limited Educational License
All content on QualityforEveryone.com—including text, lesson structures, graphics, logos, assessment questions, code, and user interface designs—is the proprietary intellectual property of the platform operator and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Commercial redistribution, mirroring, or resale is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
15. User-Submitted Material & Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, comments, or consultation inquiries, you grant QualityforEveryone a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, review, and implement such ideas to improve our educational offerings and platform functionality without obligation of compensation or confidentiality.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform, courses, tools, and services are provided strictly on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
17. Limitation of Liability & Exclusion of Consequential Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall QualityforEveryone, its contributors, operators, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, production downtime, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.
18. Enforceable Liability Limits & Mandatory Consumer Rights
In jurisdictions that do not allow the total exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Because our educational courses and platform access are provided free of monetary charge, our aggregate cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed zero dollars ($0.00) or the minimum statutory limit mandated by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intentional fraud or gross negligence where such liability cannot be lawfully excluded.
19. User Responsibility & Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QualityforEveryone and its operators from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your unlawful conduct, willful violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
20. Suspension, Restriction & Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, compromised platform integrity, engaged in academic misconduct, or caused technical harm to our infrastructure or users.
21. Interplay with Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of vital importance. Our processing of personal data in connection with your account, course enrollments, learning progress, and certificates is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms an integral part of these Terms.
22. Modifications to the Terms & Mandatory Re-acceptance
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the version number and effective date at the top of this document. For substantive updates, learners will be prompted to review and actively re-accept the updated terms via our 'I Have Read and Understood' interface before continuing access to authenticated platform features.
23. Governing Principles & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general contract principles and applicable consumer protection statutes. If any dispute arises, the parties agree to seek amicable resolution through good-faith direct consultation via qualityforevery1@gmail.com before initiating formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause deprives consumers of mandatory legal protections available under the laws of their habitual place of residence.
24. Severability, No Waiver & Official Contact Information
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
