Cookie Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Quality for Everyone (qualityforeveryone.com, including DOCUMATIC) uses, why we use them and how you stay in control. We keep it short and honest: essential cookies to run the site, and analytics only if you say yes.

At a glance

  • No advertising cookies, no remarketing and no cross-site behavioral tracking.
  • Google Analytics 4 runs only after you accept analytics. Until then it is not even loaded.
  • We never sell or share your personal information.
  • Your choice is saved for 12 months, so the banner won't interrupt your learning or reappear after you sign in.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work the same way. Some are strictly necessary for a site to work, for example to keep you signed in. Others are optional, such as analytics, and we only use those with your consent.

2. Cookies and similar technologies we use

The table lists everything we store on your device. Strictly necessary items do not need consent under the GDPR and the ePrivacy rules. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them.

3. Google Analytics 4: what it does and what it doesn't

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages and courses are visited, roughly from which country, on what kind of device, and where people get stuck. This helps us decide what to improve and which courses to build next.

  • Consent Mode v2 is in place. Before you choose, all Google storage is denied and the analytics script is not loaded at all.
  • Google Signals, advertising features and ad personalization are switched off. Data is never used for advertising or remarketing.
  • Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Analytics cookies expire after 13 months.
  • Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not send names, email addresses or other directly identifying data to Google.
  • If you reject analytics or change your mind later, we stop loading the script and remove the analytics cookies from your browser.

4. Bing Webmaster Tools and Naver Search Advisor

We verify site ownership with Bing Webmaster Tools and Naver Search Advisor so our courses appear correctly in their search results. Verification works through a tag in our page code. These services set no cookies on your device and do not track you on our site.

5. Your choice is remembered

Once you choose Accept all, Reject all or save your preferences, we store that choice in a single strictly necessary cookie (qualityforeveryone_consent_status) for 12 months. It works across the whole site and DOCUMATIC, and it stays in place when you sign in, so you won't be interrupted by repeated pop-ups during your learning sessions. We only ask again when it expires, when you clear your cookies, or if we add a new purpose.

6. Changing your mind

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer or the button below. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as Reject all.

7. International data transfers

Google LLC may process analytics data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission and the UK recognize as providing adequate protection. Where needed, Google's Standard Contractual Clauses also apply.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR give you the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

If you live in a U.S. state with a privacy law, such as California under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

9. Contact and changes
